New to group style training? At Covenant we understand that a group setting with new movements can be overwhelming. Our priority is to make sure you understand the fundamentals of moving correctly before you throw yourself into a high intensity style group class.
Although we do not require individuals to complete any 1-on-1 sessions with a trainer, we do highly recommend it. Private training sessions give newcomers the opportunity to learn foundational movement, understand the dynamic of the class, and build a relationship with trainers in a new atmosphere.
