5 pause air squats (:02sec in bottom) + 5 squat jumps + 10 wide mountain climbers + 10 alternating quad stretch w/ reach – 4x

 

STRENGTH

10 goblet squats

20 alternating lunges

 split squat jumps

10 squat jumps

**3x – rest as needed; DBL reps with no weight**

 

WORKOUT

AMRAP 20min of:

10 pull ups

40 air squats

80 double unders
